Quality Manager

The CSR Group are currently working with an industry leader in specialist fabrication, surface finishing and full assembly across the UK and Ireland. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive quality excellence across their operations.

This is a senior opportunity to influence performance, compliance, and continuous improvement at a strategic level.

Based in Coleraine, this is a senior leadership role with packages around £60-70k.

As Quality Manager, you will take full ownership of our Quality Management Systems and ensure we consistently deliver products and services that meet the highest industry, regulatory, and customer standards.

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 3834 and EN 1090 compliance
• Oversee internal and external audits
• Drive a quality-first culture across all teams
• Manage customer quality concerns and escalation processes
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide quality performance reporting to senior leadership

You will act as the senior escalation point for critical quality issues and play a key role in supporting operational excellence across the business.

• 10+ years experience in Quality (3+ in a management role)
• Strong manufacturing quality systems experience
• Proven experience maintaining ISO accreditations
• Audit and root cause analysis experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Full driving licence (site travel required)

• ISO Lead Auditor qualification
