Position: Working Site Supervisor

Your new role You will take full responsibility for supervising a one-off new build house project in Co. Tyrone. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee all site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Duties include coordinating trades, managing site health and safety, monitoring progress, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within residential construction. Strong knowledge of building processes and health & safety regulations. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
