Kilrea (with travel across NI & GB) Job Type: Full-time Are you a driven, people-focused professional with a passion for winning new business and growing long-term customer relationships? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established engineering-focused organisation as a Business Development Executive, helping expand market presence across Northern Ireland and Great Britain. About the Role In this high-impact position, you will play a key role in driving new business growth while strengthening and supporting an established customer base.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities Develop and secure new business opportunities across NI & GB Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers Plan and conduct customer visits aligned with sales targets Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events Prepare market insights and data to support ongoing sales strategy Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records Collaborate closely with internal teams to support growth and deliver exceptional customer service You Will Bring:
Degree or HNC in Business Studies or a related field, or relevant industry experience Proven experience in Sales or Business Development

Experience with in an engineering environment (desirable but not essential) Strong IT and digital skills to support modern sales activity Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines Willingness to travel regularly within NI & GB Full UK driving licence What's on
