Registered Nurse-Med/Surg (Full Time)

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of up to $10,000.00, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance if necessary.

Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN reports to the Nurse Manager and ultimately, the Chief Nursing Officer.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, current NH license, BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS preferred. Must have proficient oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH), an affiliate of North Country Healthcare, is a 16-bed critical access hospital serving 20 communities and 8,500 people in its service area which includes communities in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
