A Service Center Driver at Family Farm and Home is responsible for distributing products promptly to our customers. The Service Center Driver would represent Family Farm and Home in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities , Include but are not limited to:

A. Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
B. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
C. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle
D. Haul a 20-foot trailer
E. Assist in loading customer purchases.
F. Mechanical skills preferred
G. Mechanically inclined in order to speak to customer regarding parts they are handling
H. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve customer complaints
I. Follow regulations and safety standards
J. Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
K. Be aware of and respond to safety issues.
L. All other duties as assigned by store management or company official.

Service Center Driver Requirements:

A Family Farm and Home Service Center Driver must have proven working experience as a delivery driver. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required. They will also need to demonstrate a commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction. A Service Technician must contribute to a positive working environment for all team members. They must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

They must be able to lift 65 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders. A Family Farm and Home Service Center Driver must have a good driving record with no traffic violations and be able to pass the DOT physical.
