The Impact You’ll Make

As a Local CDL-A Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers, from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest.

• Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53’ trailers
• Deliver multi-stop loads
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers
• Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively
• Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained
• Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable
• Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side)

• 34+ hour reset at home every weekend
• Holiday work required, but drivers return/leave morning or afternoon of holidays

• Activity-based pay
• Pay $25.67
• Annual pay range $80,000–$100,000 depending on workload

• Assigned Equipment:
  No slip seating. Your truck is your space.
• Modern fleet:
  Safety-equipped, 2016+ tractors with APU, lane assist, collision mitigation, and more.
• Consistent work, real stability:

• CDL Class A license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
• Current medical card
• Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years)
• Strong time management skills and commitment to safety
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English to ensure effective communication, understanding of safety protocols and completion of required documentation
• Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
