What you’ll tackle
  • Diagnose and resolve failures in mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, recording, and control systems.
  • Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service plant equipment.
  • Use prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and codes to plan and execute work.
  • Lay out, assemble, and wire components for installations, replacements, and repairs.
  • Perform and document temperature and combustion surveys.
  • Work at height as needed; erect/remove ladders and scaffolding safely.
  • Operate material handling equipment and vehicles properly.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and keep calibration and calculation records accurate.
  • Follow all safety rules and company policies, meeting Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements as outlined in the Rewards and Recognition Program.
What you bring

  • Safe operation of power equipment
  • Ability to collaborate and to work with minimal supervision
  • Respectful written and verbal communication
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry setting
  • PLC exposure a plus; foundry background a plus

  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Working with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems
  • Reading a tape measure accurately
