Night Shift Maintenance Technician – Real Alloy

Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr rotating schedule – B Night Shift.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, troubleshooting, welding, etc.
  • Work from elevated levels, operate mobile equipment, hand and power tools.
  • Use diagnostic tools, read blueprints, understand pertinent tools.
  • Diagnose and correct problems; install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service.
  • Electrical, electronic, pneumatic, recording/control systems.
  • Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and codes.
  • Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement, and repair of systems.
  • Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.
  • Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.
  • Maintain necessary records and logs such as maintenance work orders, calibration, and calculation records.
  • Follow all safety rules, company policies, and meet all Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements.
Qualifications

  • Ability to operate power equipment.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication.
  • Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or foundry environment.
  • PLC experience a plus.
  • Foundry experience a plus.

  • Heavy Equipment Repair.
  • Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills.
  • 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
  • Machine Safety Inspections.
