What You’ll Do Lead Complex Projects- Take ownership of capital projects, from concept to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships like a pro.
- Lead new equipment installations and ensure a seamless transition to operations.
- Facilitate training for teams, ensuring smooth and successful startups.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges with proactive solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by visiting other plants and attending industry trade shows.
- Be a key player on commercialization and new product development teams.
- Contribute to ongoing company initiatives and make your voice heard.
- Build relationships across departments, from FSQA to safety and operations.
- Create production line and facility designs using state-of-the-art CAD tools.
- Develop innovative mechanical solutions to bring operational ideas to life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, quality, and maintenance.
- Partner with suppliers to create cutting-edge equipment and systems.

- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
