Coldspring Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Cold Spring, KY, is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day and Night Shifts, offering $29 to $34 per hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct LPN nursing care

Oversee nursing assistants’ activities

Monitor and report changes in resident conditions

Attend required training and educational events

Requirements:

Current Kentucky LPN certification

Strong documentation skills; PCC experience is a plus

Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Solid work history with excellent attendance

Positive attitude and passion for elderly care
