Employment Type: Full-Time
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Summary: As a Teller, you’ll be working with bank customers in person and over the phone. You'll report to the Branch Manager, and your primary duties will include processing transactions, handling phone inquiries, and above all, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure cash drawer is in balance within assigned limits and is secure.
- Understand and comply with the related laws and compliance regulations that pertain to the job function. Examples include Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, and Funds Availability. This also includes following bank‑wide policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations for bank products and services based on the customer’s needs.
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate departments or individuals when necessary.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and give prompt solutions.
- Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Customer Service team to implement customer feedback and improve overall service.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to empathize and build rapport.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical proficiency
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detailed understanding of banking services and products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and relevant software programs.
