Intending for the traveler to work Thursday-Sunday. Call coverage rarely needed but could cover on call team. Requirements: AHA BLS required A minimum of 3 years of prior community hospice experience

Will need excellent typing skills as they have a narrative heavy EMR Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients family and team Medication management and administration (IV Subcutaneous oral sublingual rectal and other routes)
