Travel Nurse - Hospice Palliative Care in Colchester, Vermont - $11030/month
We are seeking an RN specializing in Hospice Palliative Care for a temporary position in Colchester, Vermont.
Responsibilities- Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Provide leadership and collaborate with nursing and healthcare team members.
- Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
- 2+ years of hospice palliative care experience; travel healthcare background preferred.
- Vermont license and current BLS certification are mandatory; additional certifications may be needed.
- Reliable transportation required for travel assignments.
- Flexible scheduling options available.
- Work 40 hours weekly with 10-hour shifts, starting August 11, 2025.
