Under close supervision you’ll be introduced to a series of duties and responsibilities with increasing complexity to include, but are not limited to the following:

• Set up work area, select and verify the materials for production, and meet daily production and quality demands in such specific areas as: grinding, rolling, seam welding, flanging, tagging; and shearing.
• Comply with health, safety (including OSHA), and environmental procedures, and ensure the cleanliness of the area.
• Work in a team environment.
• Continue to learn and expand one’s capacity within this job by increasing knowledge and skill base.
• Perform various other assignments per the lead person or supervisor's direction.

• Frequent standing, sitting, and use of hands in this support role is required
• Specific vision abilities required to include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Occasionally perform physical activities including lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)

The work environment characteristics include periodic noise increases when in the Manufacturing facility, although the office environment is usually quiet and respectful. Safety glasses and other required safety protection should be worn when out in the manufacturing facility, which may vary depending on the area you are working/visiting.
