Talent Acquisition Administrator – Fixed Term 12 month

Aboutthe Role
You will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for all recruitment and onboarding activities across the College.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment administration and coordination.
- Assist with pre‑employment screening, including qualification checks and safer recruitment processes.
- Manage job advertisements across internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Respond to candidate enquiries and manage shared recruitment inboxes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records within HR and recruitment systems.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment processes and guidance.
- Attend job fairs, college open events and recruitment activities to attract diverse talent.
- Produce recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed, recorded and securely filed.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and inclusive candidate experience at every stage.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade 4+/C or above, CSE Level 1, O‑Level grade C or above, Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy, or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Some experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.
- Competent in using office systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
