Application Support Analyst

VIP is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our RAS (Route Accounting System) Customer Support Team. The successful candidate must enjoy working with others, be a fast learner, have excellent technical diagnostic skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can handle multiple tasks and be committed to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the distribution industry is a plus.

Full Time, Hybrid – will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

$21.00 – $25.00 per hour (Level 1)

• Work directly with customers by email or phone
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Serve as liaison between the customer and various internal departments
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, transactions, and actions taken toward resolution
• Follow up on customer communications and interactions

• Ability to maintain data confidentiality
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• College degree and at least one year of customer service experience preferred
