Construction Field Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Construction Field Superintendent – Commercial Construction at Engelberth Construction, Inc. to lead large commercial projects in the Chittenden County area.

• Overall on‑site management of commercial construction projects.
• Ensure project schedule deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Effectively communicate with all on‑site personnel and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor field staff, promoting a positive safety and diversity culture.
• Assist in project cost control and financial oversight.

• 10+ years of construction experience with a minimum of 5 years in field roles.
• Solid understanding of the construction process, materials, and systems.
• Proven experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Experience with project cost and finance management.
• Strong staffing and productivity management skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including computers, mobile devices, and construction software.

Pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
