About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building a pipeline of customers, and delivering exceptional service to existing and new clients. You will play a key part in securing paying customers, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and digital channels.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
  • Convert leads into paying customers and manage contract renewals.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Perform reconciliations, credit control, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide performance insights.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to business system improvements.

  • Customer Service Expertise:
    Ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:
    Skilled in identifying prospects and converting them into customers.

    Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input on spreadsheets.

Qualifications
  • GCSE A’ Level or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above).
  • Experience in a customer service-focused environment is desirable.
