Founded in 2023, we are a small but ambitious team bringing over 25 years of collective industry experience to every shipment we manage. We are building something genuinely exciting and we want the right Freight Specialist growing with us.

🔹 THE ROLE

As our Freight Specialist, you will manage end-to-end freight operations across sea, air, and road. No two days are the same. Your impact will be felt from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing international shipments from start to finish.

* Processing customs documentation and clearances

* Building strong relationships with clients and global agents

* Coordinating with our worldwide network across India, China, USA, Canada, and UAE

* Supporting business development through exceptional service

* Optimising operational workflows

* Collaborating directly with senior leadership

Essential:
✅ Proven freight forwarding experience across sea, air, and road
✅ Strong understanding of customs procedures
✅ Outstanding communication and telephone manner
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
✅ Meticulous attention to detail
✅ An initiative-taking, solutions-first approach

* £26,000–£35,000 depending on experience

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (37.5 hrs/week)
