Responsibilities
- Track shipments daily once they have departed origin to arrival UK, updating the system and advising customers of any delays
- Collate customs documents and information from the customer, HS codes, etc to prepare customs clearance, the pass documents to the customs team to complete customs clearance.
- Ability to pre-Arrange deliveries on FCL shipments in advance of vessel arrival via merchant haulage or carrier haulage/rail, and LCL deliveries once the containers devan
- Process sales invoices and handle any queries that arise
- Process supplier invoices or handle disputes
