Track shipments daily once they have departed origin to arrival UK, updating the system and advising customers of any delays
Collate customs documents and information from the customer, HS codes, etc to prepare customs clearance , the pass documents to the customs team to complete customs clearance.
Ability to pre-Arrange deliveries on FCL shipments in advance of vessel arrival via merchant haulage or carrier haulage/rail , and LCL deliveries once the containers devan
Process sales invoices and handle any queries that arise
Process supplier invoices or handle disputes
