Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in exhibition stand sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the events and exhibition industry, a deep understanding of client needs, and a track record of achieving sales targets in this market.
Work Location & ModeThis is a hybrid role: the majority of work can be completed remotely, with 1–2 days per week at our warehouse. During project execution, you will be required to visit exhibition venues to oversee projects and liaise with clients.

Key Responsibilities- Event Information Collection:
Gather potential customer information at events and establish initial contact. - Client Development:
Collect design briefs, sell to marketing manager or decision maker, hunt for new business. - Sales
Activities:
Complete daily sales tasks, including calls (20 calls per day), emails, and face‑to‑face interactions. - CRM Management:
Accurately record sales activities and client information in the CRM. - Sales Targets:
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals. - Event Setup Management:
Oversee event setup, ensure smooth operation, and follow up with clients during events. - Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and disputes, providing excellent service and maintaining the company’s reputation. - As the Sales Manager, you will work closely with our teams in the UK and China, including the sourcing team and other departments. Your coordination and communication with these teams will ensure a cohesive approach to success in the local market and the exchange of market insights.

Experience:
Prior sales or customer service experience, especially at events, is preferred. - Communication

Experience with event setup or management is a plus. - Customer Service:
