Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to work for CPM as a Brand Ambassador representing Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt, one of the world’s leading providers for power tools and power tool accessories. Earn £28,000.00 plus 10% bonus and company van and equipment (tools and merchandise). Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Territory coveringCambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Cromer, Clacton-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
Travel RequirementsNational travel may be required. Some flexibility may be applied to cover weekend events, which may be high profile. Some calls do require an early start to allow for travel.
What will you be doing as a Brand Ambassador?- Visiting trade tool and DIY retailers in your territory as the ambassador for Stanley and DeWalt products, raising the awareness and profile of their brands with both the trade counter staff and customers alike.
- Positively influence the distribution, availability, and visibility of all SBD products, ensuring staff keep products available, highly visible and any in-store display areas fully functional.
- Actively demonstrate the products, their features and benefits and engage people with the brand.
- Deliver clear precise training to both stores and end users to ensure both brands become the destination brand of choice.
- Build strong working relationships with key contacts, educate them on the product range, helping increase sales in store.
- Attend and support key national events throughout the year.
- Consistently identify, execute and influence local store initiatives to increase availability and visibility for both brands.
- Identify potential opportunities for additional sales and influence relevant store personnel to implement.
- You're a great communicator able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with trade and DIY employees/business owners and customers alike.
- You are confident in demonstrating products (full product training is provided).
- You are a self‑starter able to work on your own initiative and share great ideas.
- You enjoy being out on the road and have a full driving licence that allows you to drive in the UK.
- You are looking for a great full‑time role working Monday to Friday but are happy with occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions and county shows.
- Salary: £28,000 plus 10% Bonus.
