Sales Negotiator

A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working 8 hours per day Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm and paying 28,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:

• Contact clients by phone or email to follow up on quotations with a view to securing orders.
• Ensure internal systems are updated accordingly.
• Negotiate with customers - listen to objections, understand requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Use the bespoke pricing software to review and amend quotations in line with company processes.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Negotiator position:

• Previous sales experience within the construction, building or transport industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft packages
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work to targets
