As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first friendly face our customers meet. Your role will involve helping them explore our impressive range of tiles, bathrooms, and kitchens, answering their questions, and booking design appointments with our talented showroom designers. With a strong focus on exceptional service, you’ll ensure every customer feels inspired and supported in their home improvement journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product enquiries, offering expert advice on our ranges.
  • Schedule design appointments with our in-house showroom designers, helping to bring customer projects to life.
  • Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring it reflects our high standards.
  • Build your knowledge of our products and services, staying up to date with the latest trends.
  • Work flexibly, including weekends as part of a rota, to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a tile, kitchen, or bathroom showroom would be a great advantage – but it’s not essential. A positive attitude and a flexible approach matter most.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, willing to go the extra mile for customers.
