Valeting Area Manager

Motorclean have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Valeting Area Manager, overseeing customer sites in our retail sector across Essex and Suffolk. Motorclean provide vehicle preparation services to a wide range of automotive businesses across the UK including car dealerships, rental companies and auction retailers. The Purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations, promote excellent Customer Service and assist with the growth of the company.

Salary is £36,000 basic salary plus a bonus scheme. Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-quality service within agreed budgets and timescales Develop a close working relationship with the customer and operators Ensure that the business exceeds operational requirements in all respects, is fully compliant and operates in a manner that mitigates any potential reputational risk to the business. Deliver results required within business plans which will include reporting on the companys performance Drive and share best practice across the business, adapting to changes required by the senior management team Responsible for new site launches and inductions Conduct regular reviews with customer contacts
