What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will work as part of the Delivery Team under the Framework Manager, leading a team of Project Engineers and overseeing the quality, cost and timely delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing Project Engineers and local delivery teams

Managing project resources and construction delivery to agreed programme and budget

Assuring the effective transition of information from Principal Designer to construction teams

Ensuring all construction activities comply with scheme deliverables and Anglian Water standards

Holding local responsibility for programme delivery and Health & Safety compliance

Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, environmental legislation and company policies

Maintaining high-quality installation standards, ensuring ITPs are in place and followed

Managing stakeholder, customer and contractor relationships

What You'll Bring

Operational water industry experience

Proven contract management skills

Experience managing operational resources in a construction environment

Water industry construction experience

NEBOSH or SMSTS qualification

Experience working under CDM regulations

Alliancing experience

Strong planning and resource scheduling knowledge

Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills

Full UK driving licence

Personal Attributes

Willing to be hands-on when required to meet delivery objectives
