As an Operations Assistant based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times

Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00 am – 5.00 pm

• A forklift license is desirable
• To be a team player and have a ‘can do’ attitude
• To be comfortable working outdoors occasionally in all weather conditions
• To be health and safety compliant
