We have an opportunity for an ambitious Employment Law Paralegal, or, a Solicitor Apprentice wanting to take that next step to qualifying. This may be just the opportunity you are looking for!

Based in Colchester, this role will work within the Employment Team, gaining experience within a wide remit of Employment Law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, across both private and public sector businesses of all sizes, and representing both employers and employees.

The Candidate:

At least 12 months previous experience of working in a law firm and providing employment law advice is essential

A driven and self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care.
