Service Care Legal are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Colchester, Essex is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. This opportunity would suit a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
, who is confident managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently.
You will handle a full and diverse caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Residential Property Purchases
- Residential Property Sales
- Complex and high-value property transactions
- Mortgages and Re-mortgages
- First Time Buyers
- Help to Buy
- New Build transactions
- Right to Buy matters
You will be supported by an experienced team and administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care.
The Ideal Candidate- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
