Role Description

We are hiring a self employed Client Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team in a part time role based in Colchester, with flexibility complimenting other employment or commitments . The Client Care Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and families, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, answering phone and email queries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate client records.

The role requires a compassionate, organised professional committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage compassionately and effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities to provide a positive experience for clients and address their needs efficiently.
  • Demonstrated skills in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing support requests with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules and maintain accurate client records.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software, client relationship management systems, and basic office tools.
  • Previous experience in a care or service-oriented field or familiarity with neurodiversity is a definite advantage.
