We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate healthcare assistants to join our growing team, supporting clients across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

In our rewarding roles, you will support our clients with complex healthcare needs, including personal care, clinical care, and moving and handling. You will provide companionship, promote their overall wellbeing, and encourage participation in the hobbies and activities they enjoy most.

We are offering part‑time evening and night shifts and are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Drivers preferred
• Pet friendly
