Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and efficient Admin Support to join the Dermatology Team  will be based in the Primary Care Centre working alongside Medical Secretaries and other Administration staff for the Dermatology clinical teams. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and have proven IT experience. You will be responsible for working independently and within a team of administration staff.

You will be required to deal with patients face to face and over the phone. Reception cover will also form part of the role when needed. Dermatology is a high volume service which includes skin cancer and the candidates will need to be flexible and able to prioritise a busy workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently and within a team of administration staff in the Dermatology clinical teams.
  • Deal with patients face to face and over the phone.
  • Provide reception cover when needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven IT experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
