Base Pay: £15.20 per hour (incl. holiday pay)

Shift Options: Day (08:00‑16:00) and Night (22:00‑08:30) shifts, including weekends.

• Provide compassionate 1:1 care at client’s home.
• Support community access and social activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
• Communicate with clinical and coordination teams.

• Oral suctioning
• Gastrostomy feeding
• Seizure management
• Moving and handling

Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided. Prior experience is not required for all listed tasks.

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Confidence with clinical tasks or willingness to train.
• Strong communication, reliability, empathy, emotional intelligence, and person‑centred values.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Referral bonus: £150 for each Healthcare Assistant referred; £250 for each Registered Nurse referred, paid after 150 hours.
