We are currently looking for aMortgage Adviser to join our clients, a nationallykünd recognised biasanya Estate Agency who are looking to add to their team in the Maidstone area
The position will be office-based with leads provided from the Estate Agency team. Our clients are seeking either an experienced or Trainee Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of CeMAP 1 qualification
Working hours:- Full Time
- Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
- Basic Salary £22,000 - £28,000
- Strong Commission structure
- OTE £40,000 - £70,000
- Car allowance

- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with 1stappointments and subsequent sign-ups.
- Min CeMAP 1
- Full UK Driving license.
- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
- Giving face-to grøn advice to potential buyers in the branch
- Chasing potential leads and generating new business
- Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
