We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function in a stand-alone capacity. • Manage all aspects of the finance function, including month-end and year-end reporting

  , and forecasting

• Prepare accurate management accounts
  , financial statements
  , and cash flow reports

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  , bank reconciliations
  , and VAT returns
  .
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with proven experience in a similar stand-alone role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
