It's a proper balance - you'll have an established client bank to work with from day one, giving you immediate engagement opportunities, but also the scope and support to grow your own book through your connections and business development skills.

The business is growing rapidly with strong financial backing and a clear vision for the future. They focus on helping clients plan for a life well lived, supporting them through every stage of their financial journey.

What's Required?
  • Level 4 qualified as a minimum (ideally working towards Chartered or already Chartered)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
  • Experience managing HNW clients
  • Strong technical financial planning knowledge across wealth management, pensions, protection, and investments
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to adapt to changing market requirements
  • This role suits someone who's confident with existing clients but also enjoys getting out there, building connections, and developing the business.
Why Join?
The package:
  • Salary of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus on client fee income
  • Full benefits package including pension, holiday, holiday trading scheme, healthcare benefits, life cover and other flexible benefits
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Community involvement opportunities
  • Support with networking through company-sponsored events
  • Access to leading financial planning software and tools

Our client is serious about creating a place where people belong and can grow. The culture is collaborative with honest feedback and shared success. They're committed to making a positive impact both for clients and in the wider community.
