Junior Maintenance Engineer (Marine) £30,000 - £35,000  Bonus  Training  Progression  Company Benefits Colchester Are you a Maintenance Engineer, with experience working with 12v electrics, looking to join a family ran business offering a performance-based bonus, alongside relative manufacturing training and scope to progress into management in the future? In this role, you will be working with a tight-knit team to service new and refurbished boats, whilst fitting electrical equipment, such as navigation systems and battery chargers.

There will be occasional site visits locally, meaning plenty of day-to-day variety. Founded over 50 years ago, the boat servicing company specialise in refurbishing new and existing boats. Boasting steady growth over the years alongside a great reputation in their industry. This role will suit an engineer looking to train in the marine sector within a company offering great training services with progression and a company bonus.

The Role:

Servicing boats and equipment Fitting electronic equipment Refurbishing new and existing boats Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
