Admissions & Marketing Coordinator

Required for April 2026 or September 2026 Littlegarth School is seeking a warm, proactive and highly organised Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to play a central role in attracting new families and nurturing strong relationships within our school community. This is a people-focused, outward-facing role, with a strong emphasis on encouraging prospective parents to visit the school, guiding them through the admissions journey, and converting interest into enrolment in our hugely successful school.

You will enjoy building relationships, following up enquiries and creating welcoming, well-run events that showcase the life and values of Littlegarth. Alongside admissions and marketing activity, the role includes providing PA support to the Head and maintaining accurate admissions and pupil records. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
