Randstad Education is looking for a Maths Teacher who understands that "one size fits all" never applies to the classroom. We are partnering with a dedicated SEN School in Colchester that needs an educator who can look past the numbers and see the individual student.

The RoleContract: Full-time - Term time only

Work alongside therapists and support staff to calculate the best path forward for every child.
You have QTS and a knack for simplifying the complex.
You don't just teach a curriculum; you teach a person.
You are resilient, calm under pressure, and a natural "pattern-finder" for student behaviour.
You want small class sizes where you can actually make a measurable difference.
