Pay: M1 - UPS1 + SEN Allowance

38.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only) plus 3 training days during school holidays
We are working with a well-regarded SEN autism school in Colchester that is seeking a committed KS2 Teacher to join their experienced and caring team. This Colchester school focuses on delivering high-quality education tailored to pupils with autism and additional needs, helping every learner reach their full potential.
Job Overview:
* This SEN autism school caters for pupils aged 3-19.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, KS2 Teacher role.
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils in Colchester.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning tailored to individual needs as a KS2 Teacher.
* Support pupils in developing communication, life skills, and independence.
* Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.

* Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
