Working Pattern: 8.35am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch

We are looking for a colleague who:

• A flexible team player, has experience working with children to support them to reach their full potential. This LSA role may include supporting children 1:1, it could include intimate care, physiotherapy, occupational health and speech & language and behaviour support.
• is confident to deal with social, emotional and behaviour issues, underpinning approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect.
• provides good evidence that their knowledge and abilities are closely matched to the person specification.
• is positive and flexible, warm and friendly with children, parents and colleagues.
• has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• enjoys taking an active role in the work and development of the school.
• is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children.
