We are currently recruiting Male Learning Support Assistants to support a range of settings across Colchester. We have multiple opportunities available, including both 1:1 support roles and full class support positions.

These roles are ideal for individuals who are patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference in young people's lives.

We have both full and part time options available. Most roles available are fixed term contracts initially, leading to permanent employment.

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
• Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive learning environments
• Supporting students with social, emotional, and academic development
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams

• Male candidates (required for role-specific pupil needs)
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education or support settings
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, consistent and professional approach
• Ability to commit to full-time or long-term placements
