• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Assisting students with additional learning needs (including SEND)
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting classroom management and behaviour strategies
• Preparing learning materials and resources

• Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting preferred)
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education
