Qualified Teacher (QTS Required) – Colchester, Essex. Full-Time | Permanent / Long-Term. Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience).

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Teacher with QTS to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is driven to deliver high-quality teaching and make a real difference to pupils' progress and achievement.

As a Qualified Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills
• Demonstrates a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Is adaptable, proactive, and reflective in their practice
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
