Position: 1-to-1 Outreach Tutor
Location: Tiptree

1-to-1 Outreach Tutor – New Way Tuition Limited

Join our team to make a real impact on students with special educational needs (SEN). This role focuses on one‑to‑one and group tutoring for learners from EYFS to Year 11, including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions and mentoring.

Pay Range

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised tutoring sessions to students with a range of SEN.
  • Inspire and motivate students to overcome.. li>

    Build strong connections with students and their families through clear communication and genuine care.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s learning style and needs, ensuring an inclusive environment.
  • Incorporate cutting‑edge educational technology and resources to enhance learning.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups and SEN students.
  • QTS (QTLS), PGCE or a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Maths or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for student success.
