• Academic Support: Assist the teacher by working with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to help them access the lesson.
• Social & Emotional Growth: Support the development of social skills and emotional regulation through structured play and guided interaction.
• 笑 Resource Preparation: Create and organise sensory tools, visual aids, and adapted learning materials.
• Safe Space Management: Assist with the transition between activities and help maintain a calm, focused classroom atmosphere.

• Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or Global Development Delay.
• Communication: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (experience with Makaton or PECS is a plus).
• Adaptability: The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet when a student's needs change.
• Reliability: Consistency is key for SEND students; we are looking for someone committed to a long-term placement.
