The Role

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role where you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service across multiple channels.

You’ll manage enquiries via telephone, web chat and email, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring their questions and requests are handled efficiently and effectively. There will also be occasional opportunities to identify and upsell suitable products or services where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing excellent customer support and maintaining a high level of service

* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat

* Resolving queries efficiently and accurately

* Building positive relationships with customers

* Identifying opportunities to upsell or promote relevant services when appropriate

* Keeping customer records up to date and accurate

* Previous experience in a customer service role

This role requires previous office-based customer service experience and would suit someone who has worked as a Sales Administrator, Client Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, or Sales Order Processor who enjoys supporting customers and being part of a busy team environment.
