We're looking for a confident and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service across multiple channels. You'll handle enquiries via telephone, web chat and email, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring their questions and requests are resolved efficiently.

There will also be occasional opportunities to identify and upsell suitable products or services, where appropriate.

• Providing excellent customer support in both German and English
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
• Resolving queries efficiently and accurately
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or promote relevant services when suitable
• Keeping customer records up to date and accurate

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
