Compliments & Complaints Coordinator

Overview

The Compliments and Complaints Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a complaint through the complaints process, by liaising with the complainant and the complaint investigator.

• Facilitate complaints through the complaints process by liaising with the complainant and the complaint investigator.
• Demonstrate empathy skills and deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build great relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Handle large volumes of calls and emails efficiently.
• Use multiple systems simultaneously to manage cases and information.
• Adapt communication style to suit the audience.

• Helpdesk experience.
• A decisive approach to situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
